Morning booster

Here in Scandinavia we just need more orange things into our life. This morning booster juice is just the right thing what we need into our cold and dark mornings. As I’m trying to give up on coffee, I needed to replace it with something. This morning juice is a perfect replacement. It has a lot of vitamin A and vitamin C. Vitamin A keeps your skin healthy and vitamin C boosts your immune system.
So here is everything you need for the juice:
4 Carrots
1 Orange
Cayenne chili powder
Cinnamon
All you need to do is peel the carrots, and orange too. Juice them in the juicer. Add cayenne and cinnamon, and the juice is ready.

Cayenne pepper has a lot of health benefits. I’ll list here some of them, but there is a lot more.
Benefits of cayenne pepper:
Antibacterial
Joint pain relief
Headache prevention
Supports weight loss
I don’t recommend cayenne chili powder a lot because it’s a hot thing.
Cinnamon has also a lot of health benefits and it tastes like heaven.
Health benefits of cinnamon:
Loaded with antioxidants
Anti-inflammatory
Lowers blood sugar levels.

I’m not a big fan of chili foods, but this juice is an exception. Cinnamon and carrots blend the taste of chili and make it softer. After drinking the juice every morning I have been more energized during the day. Also, I haven’t been suffering from headaches, which is my main problem when trying to eliminate coffee. So give it a try and see how clear your mind gets and how the energy levels increase.
