I’ts a pancake Sunday

Banana pancakes are always so delicious. Sunday without pancakes isn’t Sunday.

I don’t have much to say about this recipe. I think everyone is familiar with banana pancakes. I made the pancakes with the simplest recipe just by adding there my own secret ingredient— cinnamon. I’ve been addicted to cinnamon lately. Have been adding it everywhere I can. So grab the recipe and enjoy your Sunday.

1 banana

2 eggs

Cinnamon ( to taste)

Coconut oil for cooking

(whatever you like for example, berries, honey or coconut flakes. I used pomegranate because I was craving it.)

All you need to do is mash the banana, add eggs and cinnamon, mix it all together and cook on the pan from both side with mild heat.

Tip! I’ve found, that mixing ingredients manually instead of mixing them in a blender guarantees more likely good pancakes. I’ve noticed, that when I mix ingredients in the blender, my pancakes fails.

That’s it! Enjoy!
